Speaker A:I'm a channel, I'm a mentor, I'm a coach, and I love to see highly sensitive people and empaths in all walks of life flourish.

Speaker A:So in this episode, following on from the previous episode, which is finding out and discovering your inner work, I really felt it was so important to talk about the daily practice, especially after what happened this morning.
Speaker A:And I will share that with you in a moment.
Speaker A:So in this episode, we're going to be talking about how important it is for mind, body and soul to have a daily practice, how to discover your daily practice and how to implement that daily practice.
Speaker A:So, first of all, this morning, I'd just like to share something with you that happened with me this morning.
Speaker A:Today is the 23rd of February, and Mars is going direct today.
Speaker A:And every morning I have various morning practices.
Speaker A:I like to do a little bit of daydreaming and I like to kind of feel into what's going to be channeled, what are we going to be talking about?
Speaker A:And I was told to go live.
Speaker A:I was told to go live, to go outside, go live and tell everybody what my morning practice is, which I will also be going through with you as well.
Speaker A:And I did.
Speaker A:And for me, what's really coming through is it's so important to listen and take action on that.
Speaker A:So in the previous episode, we spoke about recognizing what is your inner work.
Speaker A:And inner work is absolutely wonderful.
Speaker A:And what we do with that inner work is we then cement it and we ground it into our daily practice.
Speaker A:So first of all, why is your daily practice so important?
Speaker A:It's so important because it's telling your mind and your body and your soul that you have a really beautiful, healthy habit.
Speaker A:It's so important to your nervous system because as we going into our daily habit, it's a relaxed feeling because we're in there with love, we're grounded and we're centered, and it becomes a habit.
Speaker A:And once we're making this habit, once we're in this moment, our body and our mind and our soul expects this to happen.
Speaker A:And as we're in this daily habit, this beautiful practice, every day it starts raising our vibrations as well because it starts inviting more healthy habits to come in.
Speaker A:So if you've never had a daily practice before and you start, what you will very likely find, my gorgeous, is there's others, there's other areas of your life that will start giving you a little bit of a nudge of oh, I could do some attention here.
Speaker A:And you'll find that as you're getting yourself into more of the path that you're, you're aligned to truly for your true essence, why you were born, then everything else that's going to be aligning you is going to start joining in as well.
Speaker A:So that one little daily habit that you just think, oh, it's just a daily habit, it is huge.
Speaker A:What you're also doing as well is not only are you working on self healing and healing yourself, you're also putting that vibration out into the world.
Speaker A:And anything we do on ourselves, any work we do on ourselves, any beautiful habits or rituals we have on ourselves automatically affects very, very positively those around us.
Speaker A:So those who are in your immediate vicinity, absolutely in your house, energetically, the people that you most associate with and that can be online as well, they will start benefiting it from as well.
Speaker A:It's, you know, it's like the domino effect.
Speaker A:Imagine the dominoes are going the other way though, because it's lifting up.
Speaker A:So that first of all is why it is so important.
Speaker A:It's so important for you, my gorgeous, to have that beautiful routine because it gets you into, I'm going to use the word discipline.
Speaker A:It gets you into a beautiful discipline of self care for yourself.
Speaker A:What that then does is amplifies everything else around you, anywhere with any, you need a little nudge or any of areas that are saying, please give me some attention, they come into play and you will find you that you're naturally so much more, so much easier, less resistance to start making healthy changes in other areas as well.
Speaker A:And then you also have the beautiful effect, it's the, the butterfly effect, you know, when, when the wings flaps her butterflies, all the effects all around the world.
Speaker A:It's a beautiful film.
Speaker A:So the, the butterfly effect is rippling out into the world, rippling first of all out into your outer world to those who are close to you, either physically or energetically.
Speaker A:And they are benefiting it from it as well.
Speaker A:So that's also why it's so important.
Speaker A:And as you're working on yourself, you're also giving that out to the world.
Speaker A:You're giving that out To Mother Gaia, you're giving that out to the beautiful divine feminine that we are all going much more towards as the earth is changing.
Speaker A:You're putting that intention out there of love, compassion, kindness, respect, because you're focusing on your, your inner healing, because you're focusing on your self care that is going out into the universe and that is amplifying as well.
Speaker A:So that's why it's so important.
Speaker A:My gorgeous.
Speaker A:Now the second point that I'd like to cover is how do you know what your daily practice is?
Speaker A:So we're not talking about going for five hours into meditation.
Speaker A:We're again, it's always baby steps.
Speaker A:So it's choosing something that feels right for you.
Speaker A:And in the previous episode I went through, and if you haven't watched that, please go back, I went through discovering what is your inner work.
Speaker A:It's a beautiful guided meditation and it's guiding you to what is your inner work.
Speaker A:What I'm talking about now is bringing that inner work out.
Speaker A:So your daily practice, mine, for example, the one that I was told to share today and I have done and as I said, Mars has gone direct today.
Speaker A:So it's a beautiful energy for us to start taking action.
Speaker A:And it's taking action as we're in the year of the wood snake is taking action with being measured, being grounded.
Speaker A:So we had this whole Mars in retrograde in cancer to really focus on our inner work, on our inner selves and to take care of ourselves.
Speaker A:So now as Mars goes direct, we can start taking action on that, which is why today, which will go out in a couple of days, which is why today on the Mars going direct, why I'm recording today, okay, because it is action taking.
Speaker A:She is all about action taking.
Speaker A:And when we combine instead of jumping into things and we, and we're grounded and we're centered, we take positive and measured action.
Speaker A:So how we're going to discover what is your daily practice is, we're going to do that with journaling.
Speaker A:And I'm going to give you some journaling prompts in a moment now to share first of all what my daily practice is.
Speaker A:And this might be yours, my gorgeous, because it's beautiful.
Speaker A:On the 22nd of July last year, I was very, very firmly, strongly, whichever word you like to use, directed, guided by my guides that I start a practice.
Speaker A:And then the 22nd of July is the feast day of Mary Magdalene, the divine feminine.
Speaker A:So what is this practice?
Speaker A:The practice is sending unconditional love to all sentient beings who do not have A choice to live the life they truly deserve.
Speaker A:And what happened was I was in this practice because I was feeling into.
Speaker A:I didn't even realize what day it was.
Speaker A:Actually.
Speaker A:I was really feeling into it and I was like, you have to continue this.
Speaker A:It wasn't until a little bit later I realized it's actually Mary Magdalene's feast day.
Speaker A:So every day since then I have been going through this practice either.
Speaker A:And this is important because there's the, the way to practice.
Speaker A:This practice is with the healing element of the sun.
Speaker A:So the most powerful times of the sun.
Speaker A:The sun is the ultimate healer.
Speaker A:We all know this.
Speaker A:The sun is the ultimate healer.
Speaker A:So the most beneficial and the most effective time to practice this, if you miss out, it's still effective.
Speaker A:What this does is by choosing one of these three times is it's putting you in a, in a routine.
Speaker A:It's a daily routine.
Speaker A:So your body, your mind and your soul is expecting you to go into that routine at some point in the day.
Speaker A:And I do mine in the morning and sometimes at noon and sometimes at sunset.
Speaker A:So you choose either sunrise or noon or sunset, or all three or two of the three, however you wish to do it.
Speaker A:I would highly suggest to start with you begin this in the morning, because that's when it's going to set you up for the day.
Speaker A:You're feeling grounded and you're sending the love.
Speaker A:And what it is, the way I practice it is I get myself into a comfortable position.
Speaker A:I'm actually sat cross legged at the moment.
Speaker A:So I'm either cross legged or I'm sat in a chair.
Speaker A:And if I'm sat in a chair, my arms and my legs are uncrossed.
Speaker A:I thought we were gonna have a friend joining us then.
Speaker A:So my arms and my legs are uncrossed so I can feel that energy through me.
Speaker A:And I close my eyes and I send green and golden light from my heart, from my being, from all of my energy.
Speaker A:And I send this green and golden light, which for me denotes unconditional love.
Speaker A:And I send it to all sentient beings all around the world who do not have the choice to live the life they truly deserve.
Speaker A:So I send to animals in the meat and dairy industry.
Speaker A:I send to beautiful sentient beings who are stuck in laboratories with the pharmaceutical industry.
Speaker A:I send to poor souls who are in the Amazon, who are having their homes taken away from them.
Speaker A:I send to the poor beauties in the fashion industry and in the tourist industry, all sentient beings who do not have a choice to live the life they truly, truly deserve.
Speaker A:And I also send to war zones.
Speaker A:So every sentient being, and that's fairly sentient being or human sentient being can feel a flicker of the love they truly, truly, truly deserve.
Speaker A:And it's really, really beautiful.
Speaker A:And it's very important to remember we're not taking on any pain.
Speaker A:We're sending love out.
Speaker A:Because as empaths, it's very easy for us to do this.
Speaker A:It's really important remember we're just sending the attention of golden, green, beautiful light.
Speaker A:Being a visionary as well, I can, I can see a lot of what's going on.
Speaker A:So if you have the visionary aspect as just focus on the green and golden light.
Speaker A:Just focus on the green and golden light just engulfing their beautiful souls.
Speaker A:They're beautiful beings in green and golden light.
Speaker A:And just focus on the energy of unconditional love.
Speaker A:And that is my daily practice.
Speaker A:And it can take a few minutes.
Speaker A:It doesn't have to be really, really long.
Speaker A:It's the intention.
Speaker A:You're going in with the intention of unconditional love for all sentient beings all around the world and the cosmos, because we're not alone sending them unconditional love for those who do not have a choice to live the life they truly, truly deserve.
Speaker A:Okay, so that's mine.
Speaker A:So that may have just resonated with you said, right?
Speaker A:Yes, I'd like to take that one.
Speaker A:Now going on to how do you find what your practice is?
Speaker A:You probably already know it.
Speaker A:There's probably an element of you that's already doing this.
Speaker A:So what I would really invite you to do is take pen to paper, write down what is a daily practice that would benefit then what is a daily practice that would benefit me and the world and the cosmos?
Speaker A:Or choose how you wish to word that.
Speaker A:So what is a daily practice that would benefit me?
Speaker A:And just write that down and see what comes up.
Speaker A:Because sometimes you might have writer's block.
Speaker A:Nothing may come up.
Speaker A:Don't worry about that.
Speaker A:Just write, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Speaker A:You might have feelings coming through, you might have images coming through.
Speaker A:And also you may prefer to talk it out because sometimes, as much as I love to flow with my pen.
Speaker A:An example, I went very, very deep in my journey this morning and I needed to record it.
Speaker A:There was so much that happened, I needed to record it.
Speaker A:So when I was in the state, when I came in, I got my phone and I recorded it.
Speaker A:So if that works for you, my gorgeous, do that.
Speaker A:There's many, many ways we can journal and many Many ways we can meditate.
Speaker A:So no judgment, just feel what comes through.
Speaker A:And if there's nothing really coming through, you can start putting it into sections.
Speaker A:So is it energetic?
Speaker A:Is it something physical for my body?
Speaker A:Is it being outside?
Speaker A:Is it being inside?
Speaker A:Is it using my imagination?
Speaker A:Is it being practical?
Speaker A:And what you can do is you can start putting these sections down and write yes, no, yes, no, yes, no.
Speaker A:And what you'll have is a list of where that practice comes in.
Speaker A:And it may end up with you have two that give you what your practice is.
Speaker A:So you have two sections, and then you can start writing on each of them and start feeling what resonates with you.
Speaker A:Now, I could give you a multitude of examples.
Speaker A:I've given you what mine is.
Speaker A:What I feel is really important that you feel into this.
Speaker A:If you've got any questions, just get in touch with me.

Speaker A:And I could probably feel.
Speaker A:Not probably.
Speaker A:I know I can.
Speaker A:And I can feel into perhaps what's yours.
Speaker A:So it's really important to go into this with a very grounded, measured state as well.
Speaker A:So don't have the TV on in the background.
Speaker A:Switch your phone off, Try and go outside under a tree if you can.
Speaker A:Otherwise music and incense or crystals around you.
Speaker A:Or if you just like to be in a completely empty space, do that.
Speaker A:Whatever works for you, no distractions, and just feel into that.
Speaker A:You.
Speaker A:It's very likely you'll get that answer immediately.
Speaker A:It's very likely that you already know.
Speaker A:And that's why the universe, your soul, your guides have said, right?
Speaker A:Listen to this podcast because they're trying to speak to you about this.
Speaker A:I channel this.
Speaker A:So there's very likely you already know.
Speaker A:You're just remembering what is my daily practice.
Speaker A:Okay, so just to recap, so you can journal, you can write what is my daily practice that is the best for me and see what comes up.
Speaker A:If you hit a bit of a roadblock and all your writing is blah, blah, blah, it doesn't matter because you're just getting into the mode and then you'll start writing.
Speaker A:And if you're feeling okay, blah, blah, blah is all I'm writing, it might help to voice it.
Speaker A:So get your phone and start speaking into your phone.
Speaker A:You can say, I really don't know what my daily practice is and just have a conversation with yourself and then it's.
Speaker A:It'll start coming through.
Speaker A:What you can also do is go for a walk and you don't have to have your phone with you.
Speaker A:I love doing this, actually.
Speaker A:You just go for A walk with absolutely no distractions, with no expectations and just go for a walk.
Speaker A:Being outside in nature, the answers can just come.
Speaker A:You can walk out the door with the intention of I'm going to find out what my, what my daily practice is and there we go.
Speaker A:Or you walk out the door with absolutely no intentions or expectations whatsoever and just allow whatever's going to happen to come through.
Speaker A:So there's so many ways you can do this.
Speaker A:My gorgeous is choosing what is yours.
Speaker A:So it's journaling, it's talking into your phone, it's going for a walk.
Speaker A:Wherever it is, it's allowing yourself to receive those answers.
Speaker A:You could also go into a meditative state as well.
Speaker A:So you can close your eyes, have music on perhaps I would suggest no words, have really gentle music on.
Speaker A:And you may start getting images and you may start getting visions coming through and you may even see yourself doing your daily practice.
Speaker A:And that's really beautiful.
Speaker A:So there are ways that you can find out what is my daily practice.
Speaker A:And I've just heard I'm going to take you through a little, a little visionary exercise at the end so you can feel into what your practice is.
Speaker A:Okay, so once you've discovered what your practice is, then it's time to put that into practice.
Speaker A:Now the way I would suggest you do this is in your journal, piece of paper, whatever you've got on your phone is just make an appointment in your diary.
Speaker A:So as you're waking up and if you have an alarm on your phone as you're waking up before sunrise, there's a little alarm coming up saying daily practice.
Speaker A:So you're going straight into it.
Speaker A:You could also have something perhaps by your bedside that when you wake up, if you don't have an alarm, it's written there and you're ready to go.
Speaker A:What you can also do as well is write out the number of days.
Speaker A:So perhaps you could write out, let's say 22 days.
Speaker A:That's one of my practices.
Speaker A:You can write out 22 days and then tick them off.
Speaker A:So you know your, your, your mind and your body, your all your energetic systems know that you have this here.
Speaker A:It's by actually writing it down, you've got those days there and know, ready to tick off that you've done that.
Speaker A:So it's taking action before you're taking the action on your daily practice.
Speaker A:That's a great way to do it.
Speaker A:So they are some ways of reminding yourself.
Speaker A:Now just a little recap.
Speaker A:So why it's so important it helps you as well as all those around you, as well as the world, as well as the universe.
Speaker A:Secondly, how to find what your practice is.
Speaker A:Journal, meditate, walk.
Speaker A:You could either be cleaning the house and it will come to you, you know, taking yourself away from that energy and just allowing answers to come.
Speaker A:When we're not focusing on something many times that's when it comes through.
Speaker A:And something else that may help you as well is just to be in a space with music, with crystals, with your eyes closed and start visualizing you doing your practice, which is actually what I'm going to take you through now in a moment.
Speaker A:And what you may find as well.
Speaker A:You may find that you wish to listen to somebody to guide you through, to start you off in the morning as well.
Speaker A:Many of us have our own practices and sometimes it's quite nice to listen to somebody else.
Speaker A:So my own practice that I created, the 22 days of feeling Self Love, is a beautiful video series where we work with an affirmation.
Speaker A:Then there's a gorgeous self healing journey and then there's an action.
Speaker A:So that might interest you as well.
Speaker A:On Friday 28th February, New Moon, there's a new version coming out.
Speaker A:So if you would like to hear more about it, I'll put a link and you can get in contact and ask me where to find that.
Speaker A:That might be something and it may be somebody else's that you want to do that you've already got, you got from a long time ago.
Speaker A:Start feeling into what does my mind, body and soul really, really yearn for?
Speaker A:What will really help me as a daily practice?
Speaker A:What is my daily practice?
Speaker A:Because it could be 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, half an hour, you're going to know what yours is.
Speaker A:Your mind, your body and soul.
Speaker A:You already know.
Speaker A:You're just here to be reminded.
Speaker A:Okay, gorgeous.
Speaker A:So what I'm going to do now, because I can feel it coming through, I'm going to take you through a very, very gentle process and it's a guided journey again.
Speaker A:So if you're out and about listening to this, if you can go and find a little tree, not a little huge tree, find some space somewhere under a tree would be amazing.
Speaker A:And a park in nature, somewhere where there's no distractions.
Speaker A:If you're walking around and it's really busy, I would invite you to pause and then come back to this when you have got a moment where you can feel into this.
Speaker A:And if you're in a, in a space and you're on a train or on a bus or especially In a car, if you're driving, don't listen to this.
Speaker A:And I would invite you as well, if you're on a train or a bus or any kind of public transport.
Speaker A:Transportation, don't listen to this either, because you're going to get into a very, very beautiful space.
Speaker A:And it's really important that you have beautiful, beautiful energy around you, which is why I say nature.
Speaker A:So if you're at home and you can go outside, Fabulous.
Speaker A:If you're at home and you can just create the beautiful space around you and have your cozy cup of tea ready.
Speaker A:Brilliant.
Speaker A:All right, so let's get into it.
Speaker A:And again, I'm not going to use music because it's nice for you to choose your own or sometimes people don't like music.
Speaker A:So you've got the options there.
Speaker A:All right, so just close those gorgeous eyes.
Speaker A:Unfold your arms and your legs, unless you're in the lotus position.
Speaker A:And just begin to notice your breath.
Speaker A:And don't try and change anything.
Speaker A:Just notice the rise and the fall as you breathe in and you breathe out.
Speaker A:And already, just by taking notice, you've become more and more relaxed.
Speaker A:And your body and your mind and your soul, the feeling, so much calmer, so much more relaxed from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Speaker A:You feel your body sinking deeper and deeper into where you're sitting and where you're lying.
Speaker A:You feel wonderful and you're open to whatever you receive.
Speaker A:And you know that if you do not receive anything now, you will receive something at exactly the right moment for you.
Speaker A:And you know that if you don't see anything, that's perfect, if you don't feel anything, that's perfect, you know you're receiving all that is right for you in this moment in time.
Speaker A:And already feel how your breathing has become more and more relaxed.
Speaker A:Deeper, deeper and deeper and deeper.
Speaker A:And keep those beautiful eyes closed.
Speaker A:And if you feel, maybe place your hand on your heart.
Speaker A:And now in your mind's eye, I would like you to see yourself waking up in the morning.
Speaker A:And you're waking up with gratitude.
Speaker A:You wake up, you hear the birds singing outside, and you still have your eyes closed.
Speaker A:And your first three thoughts are of gratitude.
Speaker A:I am grateful for.
Speaker A:I am grateful for.
Speaker A:I am grateful for.
Speaker A:And you know immediately what you're grateful for.
Speaker A:And then I would like you to see yourself opening those beautiful eyes, feeling so grateful and happy for the day, and reaching for your pen and paper.
Speaker A:And on that paper is what your daily practice is.
Speaker A:And there is a list numbered 1 to 22 of the days.
Speaker A:And I would like you to see you ticking off day one.
Speaker A:And you either stay in bed or you get out of bed and you are in your practice.
Speaker A:What does it look like?
Speaker A:How are you feeling?
Speaker A:Are you meditating?
Speaker A:Are you in yoga positions?
Speaker A:Are you outside walking?
Speaker A:Are you writing?
Speaker A:Are you sending unconditional love?
Speaker A:Are you listening to music and dancing?
Speaker A:Are you speaking into your phone?
Speaker A:Are you singing?
Speaker A:Are you outside under a tree?
Speaker A:Anything that comes up for you.
Speaker A:That is your daily practice for now.
Speaker A:So I'm going to leave you for a few moments with those gorgeous eyes still closed and just feel into what is the best daily practice for me now.
Speaker A:And now, my gorgeous, I would like you to feel you're finishing your daily practice and just feel how relaxed you feel.
Speaker A:Just feel how centered and grounded and focused and happy you feel after this practice.
Speaker A:And know that whatever you've received, whether it's a feeling, whether it's a thought, whether it's an image, anything you're supposed to remember will be coming back with you.
Speaker A:And if this was just a moment just to feel relaxed and see yourself in a practice, then that's what was for you.
Speaker A:And your practice will come at the right time.
Speaker A:So very, very gently bow your head, do some shoulder rolls, place your hands on your thighs and tap your thighs, fingers on your thighs, stamp your feet gently on the ground.
Speaker A:And with that gorgeous head bowed, open your eyes and you are back.
Speaker A:So very gently lift your head.
Speaker A:And if you'd like to write down what you received, speak into your phone what you received.
Speaker A:And if you didn't receive anything at all, just know this was your moment to get you into the practice of a daily practice of feeling how it feels to be in that moment where it's just you.
